For new patients only
This forms your first appointment at The Tuning Room Chiropractic and takes 40 minutes. We will listen to your health history, why you want to receive chiropractic care, and obtain your goals for care. We will make sure we understand how your problem is affecting your everyday life, and what it would feel like to be back to normal again and out of pain. We will perform an exam from head to toe to find the root cause of your problem. This will include postural analysis, a full nervous system assessment, functional movement screen and a chiropractic examination with a spinal chart, plus full body muscle testing. It will be the most in depth MOT you have ever had!
Once booked in, we'll call you to arrange a follow up Report of Findings appointment. This is a review of your first visit where we will let you know if we can help. Otherwise, we will refer you to the best suited medical professional in the community.
Network Spinal Chiropractic Consultation - £97.00
For new patients only
This is your first appointment and takes 40 minutes. This is where Harry will discuss your current health and medical history and how this is impacting you and your life. This is followed by a thorough spine and nervous system examination and digital posture analysis. This helps to determine the integrity of spine, nerves, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue, how this is impacting your spine and nervous system, and how this can be improved.
Once booked in, we'll call you to arrange a follow up Report of Findings appointment. This is a review of your first visit where we will let you know if we can help. Otherwise, we will refer you to the best suited medical professional in the community.
FUNCTIONAL HEALTH CONSULT - £97.00
For new patients only
This is a 60 minute appointment to create a health future that you desire. One of our expert personal coaches will listen to you and truly understand your goals. We will perform a functional movement screening, a body composition scan, soft tissue palpation and digital postural assessments. From this information and by listening to your goals, we will design a bespoke movement, exercise and meal program specifically for you, to enable you to achieve your health goals. If you are struggling to obtain your health goals, we will look to find the root cause of why.
If you are struggling to lose weight, want to get back into shape, get toned, or just lacking in confidence to reach your goals, we will be able to help you.
Sports Massage - 1 Hour - £60.00
45 Minutes sports massage with a 15 minute consultation. We provide professional Sports Massage Therapy to aid and improve the function of your muscles, tendons and ligaments. Sports massage can help with relieving muscle soreness and pain, injury rehabilitation and improving flexibility.
