Network Spinal is a highly advanced form of chiropractic which uses very gentle touch on specific parts of the body known as 'contact points'.

If you live in Cardiff and you havent visited the Tuning room then where have you been. The moment you enter the tuning room you feel relaxed and calm, your shoes come off and I leave all the pressures and worries at the door. I have been to a conscious breathing and a ladies retreat day which were absolutely amazing. Rosie is something special she really is amazing at what she does, I felt so relaxed and grounded . I'm attending again with friends this Friday for a network spinal adjustment evening. Definitely worth a try you'll be surprised what they do.
